I think simplicity and functionality are just as important as the aesthetic aspects of any design. My work is mainly inspired by the natural world and also by everyday experience of moments and places. I am interested in all aspects of art and design with a particular focus on design elements such as color, collage, embroidery, typography and illustration. I am constantly seeking additional techniques to create more exciting and original works. Some of my pieces, including collages and embroidery on paper have been exhibited in national and international group exhibitions. I consider myself fortunate to be part of a team that through our creations, spread warmth, well wishes and positive messages into the world.
