I have been designing stationery items for my family for years, from birth announcements to birthday party invites...because I couldn’t find simple, elegant solutions from the traditional stationery companies. I like combining non-conventional color palettes and simple typography with a twist on themes that appeal to kids. I love the idea of using a birthday party invite (colors and theme) to inspire games, decor and favor packaging – creating a birthday experience that is fun, festive and unique.
