Abbey Withington

I’ve always been influenced by past eras and like to reflect this in my illustrations. Children’s books from the 1950s, bric-a-brac found at the flea market and vintage posters all inspire the nostalgic aesthetic of my work. I love Scandinavian design,clean, bold primary colours and hand printed textures. I’m a big believer in doing things the good old fashioned way and so create all my prints by hand first which I think makes them feel that bit more special.
