The main thing she rembered was riding on a large black trunk and seeing the Staue of Liberty, what a sight that must of been!

In the fall when I was a little one we would collect the fall leaves, setting them out to dry and then press them. Later you would point out the blooms in Spring but for me it was always the bare bones found in winter that was most beautiful. How something so seemingly fragile showed such strength and beauty asking nothing in return. Of course reminding me of you. I will love you always mom.
