I like to look closely at the world so I never miss the little bits of magic that hide in every thing, and I aim to make illustrations that instill a similar desire in the viewer. In my ideal world, every star is always visible and wind always makes a sound. I’m always moving from one place to the next and longing for a home, and when I get the chance to sit down and make a picture, I feel like I’m there.
