    These timelines are updated DAILY and are our current BEST ESTIMATES. They change based on current production & shipping times. Where different than the estimated ship dates in your cart, these timelines are more accurate.

    All timelines assume:

    • Order by 5pm PT that day
    • Order with No Designer Review and no post order changes

    If you order after 5pm PT, please add 1 day. Edit requests and post-order changes typically add 1-2 days. While we cannot guarantee ship dates during this time, we always offer a 100% money back guarantee if the timelines or anything else about the product is not satisfactory.

    Here are a few tips to receive your orders the fastest. Choose:

    1. No Foil
    2. Premium (not Double or Triple Thick)
    3. Blank Envelopes
    4. Express Approval (not Designer Review or Edits)
    5. Expedited (2 Day) or Express (1 Day) Shipping. Please note that those are transit times, not delivery times.
    6. Most Important: Order early

    Due to disruptions across the industry, all estimates are based on "standard" shipping timelines. For example, Overnight SHOULD arrive the next business day, however many packages are delayed. Please add at least 1 business day for greater confidence. All “Order by” dates assume that you have both paid AND approved your proof by that date. We recommend Express approval (no Designer Review) for fastest turnaround. For edit requests, move the “Order by” dates 1-2 days earlier. Delivery and processing times are per item, not per order. You may receive multiple packages for one order. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses, longer timelines will apply, and only Economy shipping is available.

    Order by 12/15, and MOST cards will be delivered by 12/24 via USPS First-Class Mail. Unfortunately, with First-Class Mail, we cannot guarantee delivery times, and some orders will be delivered beyond the normal delivery times, as with all mail.
